Petit Goâve

Petit Goâve is a recurring coastal town in the western-southern corridor of Saint-Domingue and revolutionary Haiti. In the vault it matters less as a generic port than as a place where free-colored advancement, military movement, and later civil-war struggle repeatedly intersect.
