A Runaway Negro Man; Named CLITUS, but commonly called TITUS, an African, left the service of the Subscriber in July last, since which he has been frequently seen in this city, in the neighborhood of Gads- den’s wharf; he talks very broken English, is about 30 years of age, 5 feet 8 or 10 inches high, slim made; had on a Blue Jacket and Trowsers and a Kilmarnock Cap. Whoever will bring him home, or commit him to the Work-House, shall receive a reward of Five Dollars; and Twenty Dollars will be paid on the conviction of any person who may be found harboring him.
