Absented himself A few days ago, an AFRICAN FELLOW, named PADDY, about two years in the country, a stout, round made fellow, walks heavy, of a down grum appearance; had on a white oznaburgs shirt and trowsers, and a short blue jacket of ne cloth, he had not hat or shoes; he was taken at Clement’s Ferry, but ran off from Mr. Clement’s Fellow, near the Forks of the Road on Wednesday, and was seen the same evening near the Ship Yard. It is hoped the people of that neighborhood, will have the fellow secured.
