Stop the Run-away. Absconded this morning from the subscriber’s plantation, in Fairfield district, twenty-five miles above Columbia, his negro fellow, a country born, named PORCH, stout made, about five feet eight inches in height, stutters very much, of a yellowish complexion, and is very easily intimidated when spoken to sharply; said fellow is about 45 years of age – he was dressed, when he went off, in a coatee and overalls of white negro cloth. As he has lately been brought into this ditrict from Christ Church Parish in te lower country it is highly probable he will endeavour to make his way down to Charleston.
