Runaway from the Subscriber, in October last, a Negro Wench
named CHARLOTTE, alias QUASHABA, about 22 years of
age, of a yellow skin, a native of Spanish-Town, and formerly
the property of Mrs. Rossi. She took with her a Female child
about four years old, named Phoebe.
