Absconded from this Workhouse on the 17th inst. a Creole Negro
Man, named WILLIAM FRANCIS, 5 feet 8 inches, marked
apparently AE, AMLc below, on right shoulder, the letters
on left shoulder not plain, says he formerly belonged to a Mr. McLean, and that he is now free, but has no doc thereof.
