MADE his escape, the 15th of October last, from on board the sloop William, captain Brown, laying at Gaillard’s wharf, a NEGRO FELLOW named BOB, a bricklayer by trade ; he was formerly the property of the estate of Anthony Toomer, esq. of Georgetown ; he is a square well built fellow, about 25 years of age, went off ironed with hand-cuffs and a clog on one leg.
