ESCAPED from the Work-house, my Mulatto Man Servant BILLY—he is about 5 feet 4 inches in height, well made—had on when he went off, a drab suit, with black cuffs and cape— he is artful and plausible, and well known in the city. If harboured by a white person, the above reward will be given; if by a black, 50 Dollars; or 20 Dollars will be given, on his being lodged in the Work-House.
